Tyre Petaling Jaya plant. This position executes Product Industrialization / Process Engineering (PI / PE) related OTR construction coordination, preparation, Experimental Tyre Order (ETO) component processing, trial, evaluation, measurement and verification at the OTR shopfloor. You will perform basic preparation, construction observation, troubleshooting, fine-tuning and data compilation to assist PI experts. You will be responsible for OTR and ETO on daily / shiftly cold preparation to the tire building process and requirements.

Responsibilities

Execute PI / PE related OTR construction coordination, preparation, ETO component processing, trial, evaluation, measurement and verification at the OTR shopfloor in Continental Tyre Petaling Jaya plant.

Perform basic preparation, construction observation, troubleshooting, fine-tuning and data compilation to assist PI experts.

Support daily / shiftly cold preparation for OTR and ETO in the tire-building process.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer / Rubber / Applied Science / Process Manufacturing) holder

1 year experience in manufacturing / heavy industry environment, preferably in tire / rubber / polymer / automotive sectors as an added advantage
