Corporate Affair / External Comms - Protégé (Start ASAP)

Support External Communications by managing administrative duties, digital platforms, and liaising with stakeholders in a corporate affairs setting.

Your role

Here’s what you will be doing :

• Support the External Communications function by fulfilling administrative and operational duties to the manager and Corporate Affairs department.
• Use software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access to produce correspondence, documentation, presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders in other departments and with external contacts.
• Assist Line Manager in External Communications projects and implementation.
• Assist in the management of digital platforms such as the corporate website and social media.
