Responsibilities
- Lead and execute thematic and launch campaigns tailored to local big accounts within the assigned category, ensuring alignment between Atome’s business objectives and key account goals.
- Own category performance, identifying growth opportunities and shaping campaign strategies that drive both merchant and category-level objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative teams, external agencies, and category stakeholders to conceptualise, develop, and deliver high-impact creatives that align with brand and business goals.
- Oversee end-to-end project management, driving alignment and timely delivery across internal teams, including leadership and regional category leads.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance at both campaign and category levels, implementing data-driven optimisation strategies to maximise ROI.
- Produce post-campaign reports and case studies, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to strengthen future initiatives and support account management in client pitches.Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging e-commerce, social media, and category-specific insights to inform campaign innovation and sustain competitive advantage.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, campaign management, or partnership roles.A minimum of 3 years of experience working with e-commerce or retail clients in sectors such as fashion, beauty, travel, or lifestyle.A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Highly adaptable and able to thrive in dynamic environments.Proven ability to work effectively in fast‑paced settings.Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.Good to have : People management skills, with experience in leading and mentoring team members to achieve campaign goals and fostering a collaborative work environment.Hands‑on expertise in planning and executing marketing campaigns.Familiarity with the Malaysian market and experience influencing local business decisions.Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to assess performance and make data‑driven recommendations.Seniority level
