What You'll Be Doing
Your exact tasks will depend on your strength and interests, but across the board, you'll be exposed to :
Management Stream
Supporting ongoing consultancy projects and leadership development programmes
Assisting with project planning, execution, and documentation
Participating in team discussions on strategy and innovation
Preparing presentations, reports, and research briefs
Marketing Stream
Supporting social media planning, content creation, and digital campaigns
Conducting competitor research and market analysis
Assisting with branding, copywriting, and marketing materials
Engaging with audiences through various communication channels
HR Stream
Helping coordinate training sessions, coaching engagements, and talent projects
Supporting performance tracking and feedback compilation
Assisting in recruitment efforts, resume screening, and onboarding
Involved in internal HR processes and policy reviews
Who We're Looking For
We value mindset over just academic results. The ideal intern should be :
A student or fresh graduate in Management, Business, Marketing, HR, Psychology, or a related field
Passionate about people, learning, and contributing to a team
A good communicator who's not afraid to ask questions or share ideas
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
Able to manage time well and take responsibility for your work
