Job descriptionEducation : Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an added advantage. Experience : No prior experience required; training will be provided. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and willingness to learn online / e-commerce platforms. Other Skills : Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks responsibly. Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Customer-focused with a proactive approach to solving problems. Location : Johor, Kuala Lumpur Employment Type : Full-Time Age Range of Candidate : 20 - 35 Years of Experience : 0 Monthly Salary : MYR2200 - MYR3000
Responsibilities
- Monitor pending orders proactively and follow up without needing reminders.
- Manage the full sales order process independently, from order taking to invoicing.
- Identify and resolve common order-related issues (e.g., stock availability, pricing discrepancies, delivery timing).
- Coordinate effectively with the warehouse and outbound teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Accurately input and update customer orders in the system.
- Develop a basic understanding of product knowledge and customer profiles to support sales activities.
- Respond promptly to simple customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
