Job Responsibilities

• Spearhead overall retail sales performance : Lead and manage sales functions to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
• Drive Customer Success & Satisfaction : Be the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional service and seamless order processing for our valued clients.
• Identify & capitalize on new business : Proactively scout, develop, and strategically launch new and emerging business opportunities and product lines.
• Market intelligence & strategy : Conduct in‑depth market analysis, monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches to inform our sales strategies.
• Orchestrate sales & brand promotion : Plan and execute impactful sales promotional activities, including trade fairs and exhibitions, to maximize brand visibility and exposure.
• Champion product & process innovation : Continuously identify and propose improvements based on industry trends, market activities, and competitor insights.
• Foster collaborative partnerships : Ensure seamless communication and high‑quality execution by effectively liaising with internal departments and external partners.
