We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to manage all HR matters for our Malaysia office. This role is responsible for end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, supporting business leaders and fostering a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding : Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews. Coordinate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires. Payroll & HR Administration : Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs, working closely with our payroll provider. Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Compliance & Labour Law : Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and dispute resolution inline with regulations. General HR Support : Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. Serve as the primary point of contact for local HR matters.

The ideal candidate has

A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field 3–5 years of experience as an HR generalist / HRBP Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and related labour laws A proven ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, and compliance matters A result-driven mindset, aiming for success in a competitive recruitment world Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment Excellent communication skills in English
