Job Scope : Sales Support Executive

Responsibilities

• Assists the sales team in obtaining and keeping customers by performing administrative tasks.
• Responding to customer and ensure orders are processed on time and scheduling sales meetings and appointments.
• Helping management team members and executives as needed.
• Performing data entry duties regarding costing, sales figures and other key data.
• Must have willing to travel and meet customers or any sales activities.
• Attend any sales events for marketing purposes.
• Respond to the tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting sales documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to sales, marketing, and business development in the shared drive.
