About the role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Technician to join our manufacturing team at LATICRETE (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Rawang, Selangor. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our growing company.
What you'll be doing
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with production machinery
- Assist in the setup, adjustment, and calibration of production equipment
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of operations
