We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Product Trainer to deliver impactful training programs across our brands — Khind, Mistral, and Mayer .
This role ensures our internal teams, dealer staff, and business partners are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively communicate product benefits, troubleshoot issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
You’ll be the go-to expert in turning product knowledge into real-world expertise — empowering our people to sell smarter, serve better, and represent our brands with pride.
1) Design & Deliver Training Programs
- Plan, develop, and conduct engaging product training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Tailor training content for different audiences — internal teams, business partners, and consumers.
2) Create Training Materials
Develop clear and impactful materials such as user guides, presentation decks, demo videos, and e-learning modules.Ensure all materials reflect the latest product updates and brand standards.3) Conduct Product Demonstrations
Lead hands-on workshops, product demos, and role-play simulations for sales and promoter teams.Translate technical product features into easy-to-understand benefits.4) Support Product Launches & Campaigns
Provide training support during product launches, retail events, and roadshows.Handle ad-hoc training-related tasks to ensure successful campaign execution.Work closely with the Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to stay up to date on new models, updates, and selling points.Incorporate the latest product knowledge into training content.Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires focusing on product knowledge, unique selling points (USPs), and key differentiators.Identify knowledge gaps and design refresher courses or advanced training modules as needed.7) Evaluate & Improve Training Effectiveness
Gather feedback and assess training impact to continuously improve content and delivery.Maintain up-to-date training records, materials, and progress reports.8) Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly reports summarizing training activities, attendance, and performance insights for internal stakeholders.Qualifications & Requirements
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing , or a related field.Experience & Skills :
Prior experience in product training, sales enablement, or brand education is an advantage.Strong presentation, communication, and public-speaking skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and basic digital tools for content creation.Creative and confident in engaging diverse audiences.Certification in Training & Development is an added advantage.Seniority level
