Job descriptionBachelor's Degree in Engineering Electrical or equivalent. Minimum 3 years' experience in project management (construction / M&E / engineering). Strong knowledge of lightning protection, earthing, or related M&E systems is advantageous. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. CIDB Green Card and PMP certification are advantages.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver our high-profile engineering projects. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep technical knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience driving projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery – from planning to completion – within budget and timeline.
- Manage client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, IEC, and Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirements.
- Drive safety, environmental, and quality excellence across all sites.
- Prepare project progress reports, contractual claims, and supporting documentation.
