Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Kitchen Appliances Sales Promoter to represent our brand at Harvey Norman outlets located in Pavillion Bukit Jalil / IOI City Mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our kitchen appliances, engaging with customers, and driving sales within the assigned retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively approach potential customers and promote kitchen appliances (e.g. ovens, hobs, hoods, microwaves, dishwashers, etc.).
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage in a clear and engaging manner.
• Maintain good knowledge of all product specifications, promotions, and after-sales services.
• Support in achieving daily / monthly sales targets.
• Keep display areas clean, attractive, and well-stocked.
• Stay updated on competitor products and market trends.
• Work closely with Harvey Norman retail staff to support store activities and promotions.
• Participate in in-store roadshows, events, or weekend campaigns when required.
