Role : Marketing Analyst (ASEAN Enterprise)
This role reports to the Enterprise Engagement director
Responsibilities
- Email Marketing Campaigns : Design, implement, and manage weekly email marketing campaigns (EDMs) targeted at various customer segments within the enterprise segments in ASEAN. Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Content Creation and Library Management : Create and develop editorial written works based on Market Research & Trends providing insights and analysis within the ASEAN perspective. Produce compelling content for email campaigns. Manage and maintain a content library, ensuring materials are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for ongoing and future campaigns.
- Product Marketing : Collaborate within the enterprise engagement team to market new and existing products. Analyse market research to inform product positioning, launch strategies, and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Data-Driven Community Engagement : Utilize a data-driven strategy to enhance community engagement, aiming to boost participation in activities such as webinars, roundtables, and community events.
Qualifications
Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. This ensures candidates have a solid academic foundation in marketing principles and business strategiesMarketing Experience : Fresh to 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on email marketing, digital marketing, or content management. This experience should demonstrate a candidate’s ability to execute marketing campaigns, analyse performance data, and contribute to strategic marketing efforts.Expertise in Email Marketing : Demonstrable experience with email marketing strategies, platforms, and automation tools. A track record of managing successful email campaigns.Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex data, segment audiences, and develop targeted marketing strategies based on insights.Content Management : Experience in content creation and management, with skills in organizing and maintaining a comprehensive content library.Communication and Collaboration : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders.Proactivity and Initiative : A self-starter attitude, capable of independently identifying opportunities, addressing challenges, and pushing email marketing projects forward.Language Proficiency : Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional ASEAN languages considered a plus.You can learn more about our firm at
