Job summary :
Ø Responsible for managing the settlement process with the Contractor and
Sub-Contractor, standardizing procedures and mechanisms, and continuously
implementing innovative optimizations.
Ø Risk warning for overdue receivables and management of daily irregularities.
Ø Possess a solid understanding of the fundamental principles of settlement and
reconciliation logic, with the ability to independently manage the entire
settlement process.
Ø Timely and accurately prepare monthly settlement reports, including accounts
receivable ledgers, project collection rates, and payment schedules.
Ø Aim to improve internal reconciliation efficiency as Audit requirements,
support the establishment of the online Xinghan settlement system for managing
inbound and outbound records, and enhance the accuracy of reconciliation
management tasks.
Ø Oversee settlement operations and risk management for international business,
including but not limited to import and export settlements.
Ø Assist relevant departments in communication and coordination to ensure the
smooth progress of settlements.
