Responsibilities & Authorities
- Responsible for the overall administrative and operational matters of the department.
- Coordinating and preparing sales documentations and order processing.
- Liaising with Planning / Production / Delivery Sections on the stock availability to ensure on time delivery.
- Liaising with customers on payment matters and other office administrative functions.
- Updating customers' database.
- Attending and providing prompt feedback to customers' inquiries.
- Ensuring timely submission of all reports that require by the management / superior on regular or ad-hoc basis.
- Supporting sales personnel on daily sales related coordination, internally and externally.
- Plan, organize and coordinate all periodically sales meeting and special project meeting that assigned by the superior.
Education & Experience (Preferred)
Minimum 2 year(s) of working experienceCandidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma of any field.Skills & Knowledge (Required or To Be Provided if do not possess)
PC literate, team player and initiative.Able to work under minimum supervision and result-oriented.Good communication skills. Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage. Required skill(s) : MS Office & Autocount.Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin , English.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
