A reputable MNC is looking to hire a Field Service Engineer (Machine) to be based at their Melaka office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for machine-related issues and play a critical part in ensuring optimal machine performance through technical support, training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first responder for all machine-related matters, including installation, troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Conduct comprehensive machine training (operation, maintenance and basic applications)
- Guide customers on maximizing the use of machine functionalities to achieve optimal performance
- Plan, schedule, and execute continuous improvement activities, including MTBA / OEE enhancement, error reduction and preventive maintenance
