Job Description
- Assist in reviewing CMS tickets, including NDAs, Terms & Conditions, notices, and other agreements with guidance from counsels.
- Conduct legal and compliance research on topics such as Personal Data Protection, e-commerce, and cross-border transactions.
- Support in reviewing and drafting day-to-day agreements (e.g., Event T&Cs, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and collaboration agreements).
- Identify potential risks or issues within agreements and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with legal counsels to evaluate agreements for fairness, compliance, and alignment with business goals.
- Handle administrative and documentation tasks with guidance from the administration executive.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas to improve processes.
Requirements :
Current law student, recent law graduate, or awaiting CLP examination / results.Strong command of written and spoken English.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills.Interest in technology, startups, or digital business is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in a team while managing tasks independently.We are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
