Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our resort sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. This role requires active involvement in resort inspections and frequent sales calls to develop strong client relationships and secure business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance and exceed sales KPIs.
- Conduct regular resort inspections and sales calls to identify client needs, secure bookings, and promote resort facilities and services.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, event planners, and other business partners.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to capitalize on business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and customized proposals to prospective clients.
- Work closely with operations and other internal departments to ensure guest expectations and contract deliverables are met seamlessly.
- Manage client negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract agreements to close deals effectively.
- Handle client and guest inquiries or issues professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy; adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and business opportunities in CRM systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales within the tourism and hospitality sector.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team to exceed targets.About Mangala Estate Boutique Resort
