Senior Executive, Client Management Team Leader

Job descriptionSupervise, mentor, and support Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets. Provide regular coaching, motivation, and training to develop team capabilities. Allocate leads, monitor performance, and ensure accountability through KPIs. Act as the primary escalation point for key clients and complex cases. Build and sustain long-term relationships with major business clients and stakeholders. Support the team in developing customized solutions tailored to client needs. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and partner meetings. Leverage personal and professional networks to generate high-value opportunities. Assist the team in establishing strong referral pipelines. Ensure team adherence to compliance, regulatory standards, and company policies. Promote best practices in customer engagement, documentation, and service delivery. Lead or support special projects as directed by management. Collaborate with other departments to streamline sales processes and improve customer experience. Take initiative in continuous improvement efforts across the department.
