KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

  • Lead by example by securing new clients and expanding existing portfolios.
  • Drive sales activities including prospecting, telemarketing, client meetings, and deal closures.
  • Identify market opportunities and propose innovative sales strategies.

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Supervise, mentor, and support Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide regular coaching, motivation, and training to develop team capabilities.
  • Allocate leads, monitor performance, and ensure accountability through KPIs.

    • Relationship & Client Management

  • Act as the primary escalation point for key clients and complex cases.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with major business clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the team in developing customized solutions tailored to client needs.

    • Networking & Business Development

  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and partner meetings.
  • Leverage personal and professional networks to generate high-value opportunities.
  • Assist the team in establishing strong referral pipelines.

    • Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure team adherence to compliance, regulatory standards, and company policies.
  • Promote best practices in customer engagement, documentation, and service delivery.

    • Ad Hoc & Cross-Functional Support

  • Lead or support special projects as directed by management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline sales processes and improve customer experience.
  • Take initiative in continuous improvement efforts across the department.

    • Job Type : Permanent

    Pay : RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
