Requirements

Degree in engineering, manufacturing or quality management.

At least 1 year working experience in quality field.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the QC team, ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Manage line QA inspectors on schedule planning (including open and close shop events), attendance, training compliance including cross training arrangement.

Manage holds lot (such as QDN's) issuance and release, buy-off gate (3rd Opt, FVI and X-ray) activities and cycle time. Include Line Shutdown as required in QDN (Quality Deviation Notification).

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions.

Conduct weekly line audit, follow up audit closure and drive improvement to avoid repeated incidences
