Job Overview
- To ensure warehouse operations comply with customer requirements, company standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor and improve the quality of processes and outputs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Conduct investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues
- Support the warehouse team in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in daily operationsProvide timely quality reports and updates to management and customers
- Act as the main contact point for all quality-related matters in the warehouse
- Accept any job responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time
Job Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, work instructions, and customer-specific requirementsConduct regular checks, inspections, and audits on warehouse processes and documentationInvestigate customer complaints, non-conformities, or errors, and drive corrective actions to closureMonitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper handling of rework, returns, or special projectsWork closely with operations to strengthen process controls and prevent recurring issuesMaintain proper records of quality reports, audits, and corrective actionsTrain and guide staff on quality awareness and correct proceduresProvide weekly and monthly quality performance reports to management and customersEscalate major issues to management and propose improvement measuresSupport continuous improvement efforts in warehouse productivity, accuracy, and customer serviceMinimum Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fieldAt least 2 years of working experience in quality or warehouse operations, preferably in a 3PL or logistics environmentBasic knowledge of quality management principles and warehouse operationsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsGood communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with different levels of peopleFluency in English and Bahasa MalaysiaOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyTo be considered for this position you must have valid rights to work and live in Malaysia.
