About the Role

As a Finance Executive in our SSC, you will handle a wide range of finance operations while liaising with regional finance teams. You will have opportunities for job rotation across AP, AR, Treasury, and GL functions—an experience rarely found in Penang.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable (AP)

Perform full spectrum of AP functions, including invoice verification, entry, payment processing, and vendor master maintenance.

Review and verify staff travel and business claims for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.

Ensure all AP and claim-related transactions comply with internal controls and company policies.

Identify gaps or inefficiencies in AP and claims processes, proposing improvement opportunities.

Open to future job rotation or temporary support in related Shared Services functions such as Accounts Receivable, Treasury, or General Ledger, if required.

Current responsibilities cover 3 legal entities with potential to expand to additional entities as the company grows.
