Job description

Position : Finance Manager

Location : Menara MSI, Lorong P.Ramlee, Kuala Lumpur

Salary : Negotiable

Nature of business : property development & investment, car park operation

Responsibilities

Reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts, and preparing activity reports and financial forecasts

Overseeing the flow of cash and financial instruments

Planning and directing the activities of workers in branches or departments

Preparing reports as required by law, regulations or company policies

Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounts

ACCA, iCAEW, CFA or any professional cert would be an added advantage

5 – 8 years of working experiences in the related areas

Able to speak and write in Mandarin, English proficiently
