As a Customer Relationship Specialist, your mission is to ensure that every traveller feels supported, cared for, and confident from booking to return. With empathy and precision, you'll manage the essential behind-the-scenes tasks that create peace of mind for our guests. If you're naturally calm, organized, and enjoy helping others through structured service, this role is made for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and confirmations in a timely and accurate manner
- Follow up with guests on optional trip extensions or personalized add-ons
- Collect, record, and communicate guest allergies, dietary preferences, and special needs
- Coordinate travellers flight seating preferences
- Serve as a calm and empathetic point of contact when receiving guest feedback or complaints
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and preferences in an organized system
- Collaborate with the tour operations and product teams to ensure seamless tour experience
- Uphold Easy Europe's core values and brand promise in every interaction
