Key Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of corporate advisory projects including IPOs, M&A transactions, business strategy and restructuring exercises.
Conduct financial analysis, due diligence of companies across various industries.
Prepare investor presentations, and transaction documents.
Support the preparation of regulatory submissions, prospectuses, and corporate reports.
Liaise with clients, professional parties, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project coordination.
Conduct industry and market research to support advisory recommendations.
Provide general support in project management, documentation, and client engagement.
Support senior team members in project management, business proposals, and strategic planning initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in audit, accounting, investment banking, capital markets, or corporate finance.
Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented and meticulous, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Strong command of written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple assignments
