Sell with a Smile : Present and sell photo packages to guests at viewing stations and POS counters Promote Destinations : Showcase the beauty of partner sites through photography and help boost tourism Ensure Safety & Respect : Follow site guidelines and respect cultural sensitivities Assist the General Manager in managing daily administrative tasks, cross-departmental coordination, and driving efficient execution Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned, including team coordination, administrative process optimization, and external liaison Monitor and resolve outstanding balance sheet items (e.g., accruals, miscellaneous receivables); compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts and monthly reconciliations Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements daily to provide timely information to management Respond to buyer questions pertaining to statements of account during weekends / rest days / on leave when necessary and reply promptly Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner; update internal database with feedback and details of interactions Gather customer feedback and share with teammates or team leaders; support knowledge base development to improve self-service options Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services, as well as customer service policies and procedures Proactively follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied with the service provided Support office operations by coordinating administrative tasks and tracking orders and delivery schedules Maintain high level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to advisor satisfaction and brand growth Develop and maintain customer service knowledge base articles and FAQs to improve self-service options Prepare and finalize designs for print and digital platforms; manage multiple design projects and ensure deadlines Contribute to the development of the company’s visual identity and branding strategy Manage influencer partnerships, PR outreach, media relations, and email marketing campaigns; analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies Collaborate with marketing to design promotional plans and ensure accuracy of promotional information Establish relationships with supply chain for merchandise balance and availability; frequent store visits to identify new trends and opportunities Maintain store cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations Coordinate facilities maintenance, events, and internal communications as needed Qualifications & Skills
Mandarin language proficiency; active listening; problem solving; communication skills; conflict resolution Customer service experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and administrative skills; ability to manage multiple projects Experience with graphic design, marketing, content creation, and social media management is a plus Attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism Additional Information
