Project Coordinitor

About the role

As a Project Coordinator at ID Channel Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless execution of interior design projects. Based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, this full-time position will involve coordinating all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Liaise closely with clients, designers, and contractors to manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and project team activities
• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including budgets, contracts, and progress reports
• Assist with procurement and vendor management to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Provide administrative support, such as preparing presentations and generating reports
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects align with client requirements and expectations
