What We're Looking For :

✅ 6+ years of experience in service automation

✅ Strong expertise in CMDB and Control M platforms

✅ Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell, PowerShell)

✅ Experience with ITIL processes and service management

✅ Knowledge of database management and SQL
