Role We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be adept at building strong relationships with strategic customers, identifying needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions, and achieving mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
If you are passionate about acquiring, managing and servicing high service revenue accounts with the objective of revenue growth and account retention, then this could very well be the role for you.
The Day-To-Day Activities
Work closely with Solution Manager and identifying new solutions for all assigned customers for sustainable account growth.
About You
Degree in Accounting / Finance / Engineering / Computer Sciences / Telecommunications / IT or Business Management
At least 3 years account management experience
Telecommunications experience, especially in commercial management, account management is an added advantage
Strategic and a very analytical mindset
Ability to articulate thoughts in a logical, concise and convincing manner
Creative and financially savvy
Attention to detail and meticulous
Excellent communicator and strong ability to influence
Outgoing, extroverted and able to engage / build business relationships with C-suite audiences
