Job Description

As part of our newly set-up Shared Business Services function in Malaysia, the Trade Support Analyst (Senior) will be part of the team providing operational support for the Domestic & International Supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Contract management : Daily trade confirmation monitoring & reconciliation (completeness / coherence check); Daily contract document reception / issuing monitoring & signature follow-up; Daily price fixation input in the Front system and price fixation note management; Regular contract finalization in the Front system
• Invoicing & Cash management : Daily Goods invoice issuing; Daily Secondary cost invoice booking; Daily payment request issuing; Daily cash collection monitoring (ensure timely payment reception, monitor unmatched invoices, report cash received) and data update in the Front system
• Stock data management : Stock insurance declaration (declaration of stocks); Daily / Weekly warehouse report upload in Front system; Stock reconciliation against warehouse receipts; Stock declaration to insurance

Experience

Education : Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply chain or related field

Experience : Minimum 3 years in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply chain, or Other within an international trading environment, expertise, technical
