Software Specialist (Work From Home)

You will be responsible for successfully implementing and configuring Warehouse Management System(WMS) software solutions for our clients. Your role will involve working closely with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process. You will play a key role in helping our clients optimize their warehouse operations by leveraging the capabilities of world-class WMS software.

Expectations & Responsibilities :

• Gather Requirements : Collaborate with clients to understand their warehouse management needs and gather detailed requirements for the WMS software implementation.
• Software Configuration : Configure the WMS software according to the client's requirements, including defining warehouse layouts, product catalog, order processing rules, inventory management settings, and other relevant parameters.
• System Integration : Collaborate with internal technical team to ensure seamless integration of the WMS software with other external systems such as Accounting System, ERP, Transportation Management and / or marketplace platforms such as Shopee / Lazada.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing of the WMS software to ensure proper functionality and adherence to client requirements. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the implementation process.
• Deployment Assistance and Patch Management : Assist in deploying patches in the SIT / UAT / Production environment as necessary, ensuring smooth and successful implementation.
• User Training and Support : Provide training to end-users on how to effectively use the WMS software. Offer ongoing support and address any user questions or concerns during and after the implementation phase.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Customer Relations : Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish positive rapport with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the WMS software implementation process.
