We are representing one of our multinational client, an award-winning leader in online trading and financial service industry, looking for Business Development Manager to be based in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur .

Key Responsibilities :

• New Business Acquisition : Identify, engage, and close new clients for staffing and IT services
• Account Management : Develop and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize business opportunities
• Revenue Generation : Meet and exceed business targets by securing high-value staffing contracts
• Consultative Sales Approach : Understand client needs, propose tailored workforce solutions, and negotiate contracts
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact. Understand the client's needs, goals, and challenges.
• Market Research & Strategy : Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to build market penetration strategies
• Collaboration : Work with internal teams (recruitment, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery
• Networking & Brand Positioning : Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
