Specialist - Human Resources

The incumbent is responsible for managing expatriate management, contract administration, mobility, employee engagement, and performance management. The role ensures compliant execution of international assignments, work pass processes, management of new ventures and the full employment contract lifecycle. It also plays an integral role in driving employee engagement activities and supporting the performance management lifecycle. The individual will work closely with HR stakeholders, leaders, and employees to provide timely support, ensure smooth HR operations, and contribute to continuous improvement and HR initiatives that enable organisational effectiveness.

• Manage end-to-end expatriate processes including international assignments, relocations, immigration, work pass applications, renewals, and compliance with relevant regulations.
