Job Description

• Serve as the main liaison for regional HR teams, ensuring consistent implementation of policies and programs and addressing process gaps through periodic reviews.
• Lead the end-to-end rollout of new HR initiatives across all offices, track milestones, provide guidance, and elevate risks as needed.
• Adapt HR initiatives for specific regions, ensuring compliance with statutory, cultural, and local requirements while aligning with APAC governance and company standards.
• Deliver targeted training, onboarding workshops, and refresher sessions for HR initiatives as needed to ensure effective adoption.
