- Perform Customer & Project Master Data creation / amendment.
- Manage Service Performance Review
- Support monthly or yearly audit testing by providing all relevant documentations.
- Manage / monitor query resolution related to Master Data
- Participate in UAT as when needed.
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.
Job Requirements
Basic Graduate in any discipline is required.1 - 2 years of experience in a BPO environment preferably Retail / CPG Industry.Hands‑on experience in working on Order to Cash process i.e Agreements / Contracts, Claims etc.Experience in working on ERP systems i.e SAP & Web based tools.Proficient MS ExcelCountry
