Assistant Product Manager

Responsibilities

• To prepare and develop a marketing plan for the designated products, agencies and principals in line with the Company’s as well as the Principals’ objectives.
• To constantly develop and recommend appropriate sales, advertising and promotional activities for designated product lines, agencies or Principals.
• To identify appropriate channels of distribution for each product line and draw up penetration strategies to gain support.
• To gather market intelligence and conduct regular market visits.
• To track and analyze brand performance and brand health through in‑market sales, and recommend corrective actions to address areas of concern.
• To constantly survey the market and analyze competitors’ activities and new entrants.
• To maintain good public relationships with Principals and ensure excellent customer relationships and rapport in order to achieve and maintain the Company’s image.
