Handling day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration

Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Providing HR support and guidance to employees, addressing their queries and concerns

Coordinating and facilitating employee training and development programs

Maintaining compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective HR service delivery

Providing HR data and analytics to support business decision-making
