Job descriptionCertificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance (Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak, Haas, or equivalent). Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical parts, PLC, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Able to read technical manuals, drawings, and schematics. Hands-on troubleshooting skills with good problem-solving abilities. Willing to work shifts and respond to urgent breakdowns. Responsibilities :
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines (Turning, Milling, Drilling, Grinding, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on CNC machines.
- Support machine calibration and alignment activities.
- Assist in installation, setup, and commissioning of CNC equipment.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and update records in CMMS / maintenance logs.
- Monitor spare parts usage and inform supervisor for replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental procedures during maintenance work.
- Provide support to production teams by minimizing machine downtime.
- Report major breakdowns and assist engineers in root cause analysis (RCA).
- Participate in continuous improvement activities for equipment reliability and productivity.
