Project Manager

Overview

Candidates must possess a minimum Degree in Business Studies in Business Studies / Management / Information Technology (IT) or an equivalent qualification.

At least 1 - 2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Team Lead, or Business Analyst.

Knowledge of Agile, Sprints, and SCM processes.

Familiar with e-commerce, ERP, Web3 software will be an advantage.

Strong analytical and written skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Proficiency in English; Mandarin skills are an advantage.

Self-driven and responsive to ensure project quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison among clients, management, technical teams, UI / UX, and QA teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and objectives while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with teams and work independently to deliver assigned projects effectively.
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to scope.
• Identify, analyze, and manage change requests and project risks, proposing solutions when necessary.
• Design infrastructure layouts and create network diagrams for project clarity.
• Diagnose and resolve project issues professionally to ensure successful delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing challenges effectively.
• Provide guidance and support to the project team to achieve project goals.
• Meet with clients to clarify project requirements and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Organise and manage stakeholder expectations, balancing internal and external priorities.
• Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
