Job description

Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair European vehicles (Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes, etc.)
Perform troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and software
Lead and guide junior mechanics / technicians in daily operations
Ensure high-quality workmanship that meets company and customer standards
Conduct preventive maintenance, engine overhauls, and complex repairs
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the workshop

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive repair (European cars preferred)

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead, train, and supervise a team

Technical certification or Diploma in Automotive / Mechanical field is an advantage

Responsible, punctual, and committed to high-quality work
