Operations and Maintenance Manager

Data Center Infrastructure Management

• Fully responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and upkeep of key data center infrastructure (including but not limited to UPS, distribution cabinets, generators, chillers, precision air conditioning, fire protection systems, and environmental monitoring systems).
• Develop and strictly implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure all equipment operates in optimal condition.
• Manage data center capacity including power, cooling, space, and ports, carry out resource planning and forecasting to support business development needs.
• Responsible for cabling and physical network layer management in the data center to ensure compliance with standards.
