Responsibilities
- Organize and lead day-to-day maintenance activities.
- Perform scheduled maintenance activities for all machinery in the plant diligently and in a timely manner.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repairing activities during major PM and capacity expansion.
- Escalate delays or conflicts according to the escalation chart.
- Work closely with manufacturing team members to achieve individual and maintenance team goals.
- Apply specific mechanical and electrical skills to perform facility and equipment maintenance.
- Implement a systematic and analytical inspection during day-to-day PM to prevent frequent machine downtime.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge in general mechanical concepts such as valve technology, Siemens PLC, and controller units (electronic devices / cards).
- Experience in managing Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) is an added advantage.
- Implement safety topics relevant to the designated area into work instructions.
- Ensure all safety, quality, and environmental policies of the company are followed during the work shift.
- Execute and implement additional tasks required by management.
- Support company events, audits, and certification programs.
- Perform any ad-hoc job assigned by superiors.
- Possession of professional competencies such as CEPSWAM, CePIETSO-PCP, CEPSO, and CEPBFO is an added advantage.
Qualifications and Skills
