Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead day-to-day maintenance activities.
• Perform scheduled maintenance activities for all machinery in the plant diligently and in a timely manner.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repairing activities during major PM and capacity expansion.
• Escalate delays or conflicts according to the escalation chart.
• Work closely with manufacturing team members to achieve individual and maintenance team goals.
• Apply specific mechanical and electrical skills to perform facility and equipment maintenance.
• Implement a systematic and analytical inspection during day-to-day PM to prevent frequent machine downtime.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge in general mechanical concepts such as valve technology, Siemens PLC, and controller units (electronic devices / cards).
• Experience in managing Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) is an added advantage.
• Implement safety topics relevant to the designated area into work instructions.
• Ensure all safety, quality, and environmental policies of the company are followed during the work shift.
• Execute and implement additional tasks required by management.
• Support company events, audits, and certification programs.
• Perform any ad-hoc job assigned by superiors.
• Possession of professional competencies such as CEPSWAM, CePIETSO-PCP, CEPSO, and CEPBFO is an added advantage.
