The Junior Digital Marketing Executive supports ARC’s marketing efforts across planning, content production, and daily execution. This role is perfect for someone creative, organised, and eager to grow in the world of digital lifestyle and sports marketing. You’ll help bring ARC’s energy online; from social media posts and email campaigns to event promotions and partnerships.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and maintain the monthly content calendar for ARC’s channels (Instagram, website, email, in‑app announcements).
- Conduct light market and trend research : identify opportunities to engage ARC’s target audience (working professionals, expats, and pickle / padel enthusiasts).
- Coordinate with internal teams (coaches, café, events) to align marketing initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and compile weekly reports for the General Manager.
Content Production
Assist in producing digital content : capturing short videos, photos, and stories around ARC’s courts, café, and community.Write short‑form copy for captions, stories, and announcements that fit ARC’s tone.Work with freelancers or external parties to ensure visuals are consistent with brand guidelines.Create design materials using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools (social graphics, posters, EDM visuals).Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, source talents, set deadlines, and select optimal media forms for all content development projects.Lead and manage every aspect of digital content production and run the development of an ever‑evolving content production process.Execution & Coordination
Schedule and publish posts on ARC’s social media / digital platforms and PlaybyPoint community channels.Manage daily community engagement; respond to DMs, comments, and reviews promptly and with ARC’s signature friendliness.Assist during events to capture live content and coordinate marketing needs (signage, giveaways, post‑event recaps).Help coordinate influencer or partner collaborations, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.Track and analyse weekly social media and campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions).Prepare end‑of‑month reports summarising key metrics, audience insights, top‑performing content, and recommendations for improvement.Provide monthly suggestions for paid ads—including audience targeting, budget allocation, and creative ideas based on performance trends.Monitor follower growth, engagement rates, and ad ROI, proposing new tactics to improve performance.Identify content opportunities and devise innovative and creative ideas for new features, content, and enhancements that advance brand positioning.Maintain an organised library of images and videos for easy access and use across various channels.What are we looking for?

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or related fields (internships count)
