Sales Manager

Job descriptionProspect and grow clients in social commerce market Arrange and conduct sales meetings with prospective clients Identify decision-makers and tailor solutions to client needs Close sales and maintain client relationships Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management Monitor market trends and identify business opportunities Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues Serve as professional company representative High commission structure Annual performance bonus Various allowances Medical insurance and reimbursement EPF / SOCSO contributions Annual leave and medical leave 5-day work week Additional leave Opportunities for promotion Professional development
Salary : MYR 6,000 – MYR 8,000 base + commission (MYR 2,000 – MYR 10,000)
Location : Klang, Selangor (On-site)
Requirements :
- Minimum SPM qualification
- 1-2 years sales and logistics experience preferred
- Mandarin speaking candidates have added advantage
- Experience in FMCG sector beneficial
- Strong sales track record and leadership potential
