We are specializing in Injection molding, secondary processes as printing, heatstaking, ultrasonic-welding, thread-tapping, hot-stamping, spray-painting and mechanical sub-assembly works.

About the role

Adval Tech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Program Engineer (fresh graduate) to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in the development and implementation of our engineering programs, contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Involve in the design, testing, and other issues pertaining to customer's product quality requirement and delivery are met during early stage of a program until parts are approved
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions and drive continuous improvement
• Conduct research, analyse data, and provide recommendations to enhance existing processes and technologies with guidance
• Participate in the development and documentation of engineering procedures and best practices ( will be trained)
• Support the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards with support from superior
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support
