Job Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing the Business Development team to achieve established sales targets and KPIs.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to strengthen market presence.
• Identify, secure, and cultivate new corporate client relationships while maintaining and enhancing existing accounts.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to guide business strategies.
• Ensure high-quality service standards and foster continuous improvement in sales processes.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
