Revenue Analyst - Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown

Overview

As a Revenue Analyst, you will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue through strategic analysis and optimization of pricing, inventory and distribution channels. You will support the Director of Revenue in developing data-driven strategies to improve occupancy, average daily rate (ADR) and overall revenue per available room (RevPAR). This role involves forecasting, market trend analysis and system configuration to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily, weekly and monthly performance metrics, monitor market trends, competitor pricing and demand forecasts, and assist in pricing strategies and inventory controls across all segments.
• Prepare revenue reports and dashboards for hotel leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to align strategy and ensure system data integrity and optimal configuration of revenue tools.
