Financial Costing Manager – Accenture Southeast Asia
Position Overview
As the Financial Costing Manager, you will lead the Product Costing operations across all markets (excluding US), ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery and strong governance. You will drive transformation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in collaboration with global finance and supply chain stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Operational Leadership
Oversee global product costing, analytics, and reporting
Manage product cost reporting and cost of sales across both combustible and new category products.Lead performance management, ensuring KPIs are met and continuous improvement plans are in place.Ensure service delivery meets SLA standards, governance, and control requirements (SOX compliance).Partner with GBS and global finance leaders to align on strategy, transformation, and process integration.Support global initiatives focused on working capital improvement.Transformation & Continuous ImprovementLead and implement Product Costing CoE improvement projects and process automation initiatives.
Drive capability building, best practices, and knowledge management across global teams.Support migration of new activities from end markets into GBS KL CoE.Promote innovation through Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or IWS methodologies.People Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead and develop a team of direct and indirect reports (30-50) across multiple geographies.
Build a high-performance, inclusive, and customer-focused team culture.Partner effectively with global and regional stakeholders to resolve escalations and strengthen collaboration.Drive succession planning, career development, and engagement across the team.Experience & Skills
Essential :10+ years in shared services or FMCG, with strong operations finance / product costing experience.
3+ years in leadership roles managing large teams or transformation projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; proficiency in SAP (FI / CO / MM) and BI / BPC tools.Proven track record in driving process improvements, governance, and service delivery excellence.Preferred :Lean Six Sigma or Agile certification.
Experience with Power BI, Celonis, or equivalent data visualization tools.Exposure to Record-to-Report (R2R) or FP&A processes.Seniority Level
