Process Engineer

Lead in the implementation of on-going project plan and work schedule (Orange Folder).

Keep track of project timeline and ensure timely delivery start with long lead time & special items.

Work closely with R&D Department on shop drawing and technical specification to ensure all technical requirements are met.

Prepare Material Purchase Request (MPR) timely & trigger Request For Quotation(RFQ).

Develop, optimize and evaluate production processes upon completion of product briefing.

Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.

Investigate problem, analyse root cause and define resolution for both NCR & CC.

Ensure that all processes of production run smoothly and efficiently.

Ensure that all processes comply with safety and quality requirements by implementing second dry fit process.

Engage closely with QC, subcontractor and procurement to address all the technical issues related to the product design.

Work on site to supervise installation when necessary.

Make use of Server, to store both Project Photos & Documentations as per company procedure

Ensure materials are ready and labelled before delivery, make sure Packing List & Finished Goods Checklist are tallied (PL Checklist)

To carry out any other ad-hoc assignment assigned by manager from time to time.

Job Requirements :

Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Preferably candidate with at list 2 years of working experience in metal fabrication industry.

Able to work with minimum supervision and may be required to work overtime if necessary.

Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft office, Adobe & Solidworks.

Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Well organized, highly responsible and reliable in carrying out the daily tasks and duties.
